Prashant is a master of meditation, teaching a range of techniques from simple Breathing, OM, Cyclic and Pyramid meditation to the more difficult Dynamic meditation, Mantra, 5 Elements, Vipassana, Mindfulness, Chakra, Kriya and more.
Prashant’s extensive knowledge of yoga combined with his keen understanding of
Ayurveda has enabled him to treat various psychosomatic ailments such as
asthma, high blood pressure, back pain, anxiety, depression, arthritis,
diabetes, digestive disorders, obesity etc.
He uses a combination of Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, Mantra and Yogic Counselling that one gets only from years and years of study and practice.
His keen interest in Ayurvedic Cooking has made him create innovative vegetarian dishes through ingenious blends, mixes and combinations of different kinds of spices, legumes, lentils, vegetables, just to name a few.
Not only are these dishes, tasty, nourishing and healthy, they are also specifically aligned to one’s specific body type as classified under the Ayurvedic body constitution known as ‘Vata’, ‘Pitta’ and ‘Kapha’.

First of all l would like to thankful for you. You are great teacher. In live video sessions, you trued to teach us like a studio live sessions. I enjoyed it. I learned, how we can use yoga to go to our inner life…..how to use yoga for develop our spirituality. I experienced how can l connect my mind and body together.Mind and body is interconnected important things.but we don’t know about that. In that sessions l experienced their connection. i met prashant in miami when he led a special chakra workshop a couple years ago.

usually the format is a brief introduction, the meditation practice, and then a recap.
the emphasis is to enjoy and go with the flow.

i have noticed many changes…
the range of motion in my neck has GREATLY increased.
this has been noticed and mentioned to me !
my capacity to breathe has GREATLY increased.
at the start of lock-down my spinning studio brought a bike to my apartment, which i ride in my dining room.
i am able to do much more physically because of my breath.
my embrace of emotions has GREATLY increased.
i notice right away when i feel tense or upset.
i am able to use my breath for comfort.
and i’m more aware of the sweetness of life.
